Disney Hollywood Studios
Hollywood Studios was our next stop. The best part of the whole trip was when we went on a toy story ride, where t is 4d and you need to shoot canyons at targets throughout the ride. We got to the ride at about 11am, and found that the earliest we could get a fast pass was at 5pm. Needless to say, we didn't go on the ride again. But that was fine by me - as it just means that I am the reigning champion!

Happy 30th Birthday!
Shannon spent his 30th birthday at disneyworld - Magic Kingdom.
It was incredibly busy - busier than any of the parks we had gone to (summer holidays will do that to you!). We didn't get to see the fireworks that night, because we got terential rain. We got drenched waiting for the monorail that evening (which incidentally crashed the following week, killing someone - http://abcnews.go.com/US/wireStory?id=8005083 )
Shannon got a $75 dollar voucher for it being his birthday from disney, which we later spent @ Disney Hollywood Studios (a watch).

Universal Studio
After taking a taxi to the first set of outlets, taking a one hour bus to another set of outlets, waiting an hour for a taxi to take us to Universal, we finally got there! Luckily enough we had purchased express passes which got us to to the front of the line most of the time. The best rides of the day were spiderman, popeye (we got WET, WET, WET) and dudley do right falls. Because we were so wet from the rides, we didn't think of anything walking in the rain. But then it got terential and we got drenched. Hence the photo above, which is when Shannon had to wring out his socks from the rain. disgusting!

Animal Kingdom
Animal kingdom was a hoot. The highlight for me was the safari (similar to Monarto)
Went on a rapid ride (yeti ride) and got drenched - but considering the hot and humid weather - it was more than welcome!

Crazy shopping day in Florida
We spent the day shopping at 2 outlet malls (prime & premium). And I mean - we were shopping for the full day. We left @ 9:30am and came back at 11:30pm.
The first stop was where we spent the majority of our time and did the most damage. At about 5pm, we decided to go to our next destination. Little did we know that the I-trolley which is the bus service would take at least 1 hour to get to the next outlet. By that time, we were just hungry and our feet were sore. And to top it off, our hands were blistering from all the bags.
We didn't do too much damage at the next outlet. We visited Victorias Secret which wasn't at the previous outlet and went to visit the Nike outlet (only the 3rd we had seen since being in Florida). Shan was happy he picked up golf shoes and that was the only thing we purchased from that outlet. By that stage we were over shopping!
Shops we bought from included:
- disney store (of course!)
- tommy hilfiger
- polo ralph lauren
- calvin klein
- banana republic
- diesel
- nike
- eddie bauer
- zoo york

EPCOT, Disneyworld
Our first stop was EPCOT (Experimental Prototype Community of Tomorrow) @ Disneyworld. Basically the entrance was tomorrowland, and then it moved into the world showcase. The world showcase is basically a recreation of a number countries (USA, France, Japan, China, England, Mexico etc.)
The weather was hot and humid. 35+ degrees for the whole week. I swear I lost at least 1 litre of sweat per day!
The big ball in the picture actually has a ride in it - Spaceship Earth. Fun Fun!
