For thankgiving long weekend, we made it to Johnston Canyon. This is the last weekend that the cabins at Johnston Canyon are open. And now we know why. The pipes had frozen over and we had no water for our showers the next morning! Eeek.... so we were told to leave the hot water running overnight to ensure the pipes don't freeze over again.
So we decided to go to the Banff Hot Springs (our first time!) - the water temp is about 38 degrees. It was toasty. But I would have to jump out every so often as it was so hot!
