So we made it to our first hockey game. Calgary Flames versus LA Kings at the Pengrowth saddledome. The venue lives up to its name and does look like a saddle!
We spent $75 bucks to get a nose bleed - as we were so high up in the stadium. We weren't the only ones though! But besides being so far away from the game - we had an awesome time. This game is pure entertainment! Loud pumping music plays when there is a break and the game is so fast paced.
The game ended with a 6 - 2 win to the flames. We even saw a fight! We nibbled on nachos and hotdogs - the customary fare at such a sporting event.
